ULHT Facilities
Laboratory of Experimental Psychology
The Laboratory of Experimental Psychology (LabPsiExp) is the place where experimental psychological studies are carried out. LabPsiExp consists of 4 sound-proofed rooms with light and temperature control, which meet the ideal conditions for psychological testing. This laboratory has psychophysiological and behavioral measures that allow a comprehensive evaluation of various psychological phenomena. Among these measures, LabPsiExp holds two eye trackers, two EEG caps, three mobile electrophysiology sets (HR, ECG, EMG and RR), and one emotion recognition system.

Cyberpsychology Lab
CyPsyLAB is integrated in the School of Psychology and Life Sciences from Lusófona University (EPCV-ULHT), being part of the school research unit, HEI-Lab. The lab supports the development of Products, Processes, and Systems (PPS) in the domain of psychological assessment and intervention. The interactive and immersive solutions developed in the CyPsyLAB have been used in multiple contexts, namely pedagogical, research, and psychological assessment and intervention, offering creative and innovative options to the traditional assessment/intervention approach.
ULHT Facilities
MovLab
With the mission to promote interdisciplinary knowledge,MovLab (Laboratory of Interfaces and Interactions) captures and digitize motions that are used in Life Sciences (human cinematic studies for biomechanics and health) and Entertainment (Animation, Film and Game Dev) areas.
To collect cinematic data, MovLab has a Vicon Mocap System, AMTI Force Platform, RScan pressure plates, Biosignals devises and software as Vicon IQ, Blade, Nexus, Autodesk Motion Builder.
To interact with the information collected, MovLab is equipped with VR Oculus Rift, Gear VR, Autodesk Maya, 3ds max, Adobe CS and Avid Media Composer.
MovLab has strong experience in movement research for health and education, due to their expertise in cross areas of interests (Biomechanics, Physiotherapy, Sports, Programming, Data Bases, Animation, Film and Games) and to the practice expanded on several R&D project
