Support & Wellbeing
Support throughout your CYBER journey
Moving between three universities and countries is an exciting experience — and a significant transition.
The CYBER consortium and its partner universities provide support throughout your studies, helping you navigate academic, administrative and practical matters at each stage of the programme.
Before you move
You will receive information and guidance to help you prepare for each new study location, including the practical arrangements associated with joining your host university.
If you have individual needs, we hold an accessibility briefing with you and the host university at least six weeks before each move.
When you arrive
Each university provides student services and resources to help you settle into your new academic environment and access the support available locally.
Throughout your studies
The CYBER Secretariat remains a point of contact for programme-related questions, while your host university provides local academic and student services.
Your support network
CYBER Secretariat
Your first point of contact for programme-related administrative and organisational questions.
Academic team
Teachers, tutors and programme staff are available to support your academic development throughout the programme.
University services
At each partner university, you will have access to the relevant student services, academic resources, libraries, facilities and local support.
Psychological counselling
Confidential counselling is available through the SPIC service at Universidade Lusófona.
Inclusion
If you have individual needs, we prepare an Individual Support Plan with you, including academic adjustments.
Your CYBER community
Your classmates are an important part of the experience. You will study alongside people from different countries and academic backgrounds, collaborate through the CYBER-T Model and share the experience of living and studying across three European cities.
Your voice
Students elect representatives to the Pedagogical Council, which brings together teachers and students at the end of each semester. You also give anonymous feedback at the end of every module.
Associations
As a CYBER student, you join the CYBER Students & Alumni Association and the Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA).
A community that moves with you
CYBER is more than a programme you attend in different locations.
Wherever you are studying, you remain part of the same international community.
Three universities. Three cities. One CYBER community.
